  Religious Education and Worship
Religious Education
  • Through the teaching of religious education we aim to develop our children to be reflective and to understand the attitudes, beliefs and religious practices of all sections of our society.
  • We follow the agreed Milton Keynes RE Syllabus and teach this through specific units of work. For example, bible stories, special occasions and celebrations.
Worship
  • There is a daily act of collective worship. Assemblies are theme based and cover the celebration of key festivals, religious and moral themes, supported by the daily life of the children.
  • No specific denominational instruction is given and parents have the right to withdraw their child from any religious activity if they so wish.
  • The Rector is involved in worship in the school and services for major festivals are held in the church.
