- In most cases it is expected that any concerns or complaints expressed by parents about the school curriculum will be considered and dealt with through informal discussions with the Head Teacher.
- It is recognised however that there may be circumstances in which parents prefer to approach someone other than the Head Teacher. In such cases, Parents may approach the Chair of the Governing Body or the Education Officer for the Authority.
