- Clutch Club was set up in 2000 by the Open University in conjunction with the School to build an internet web-site reflecting past and present holidays taken by Sheringtonians. The project was a success and the school benefited by being able to keep the equipment used.
- Another project was developed to include the Queen's Golden Jubilee celebrations.
- The CLUTCH group's efforts can be seen at http://clutch.open.ac.uk/schools/sherington01/home.html.
- Some of the children's work from this project was also on display in the Walker's Showcase at the time.
Other Internet Use
- The children have been using the internet to send e-mails to children at a school in Dover. Read about it in the article in the April/May 1999 issue of Milton Keynes Council's magazine, The Messenger.
