- Not all staff work everyday, but scheduling changes according to numbers of children.
- At Pre-school we operate a keyworker scheme, which means that one member of staff takes a special interest in your child; settling in, meeting other children and staff members, and guiding him/her around the various activities on offer. The keyworker will also watch your child's progress and development at Pre-school, noting achievements or problems, and contributing towards the records we keep. During each week, out timetable includes several planned small group activities, one of which is organised into keyworker groups. The keyworker is your first point of contact if you wish to discuss anything at all, though of course all of us are available for questions or comments.

Committee |
- Sherington Pre-school is a community-based group owned and run by parents, not privately or by the local authority. Because of this management structure, we need every family to make a contribution to the running of Pre-school. We need rota helpers, fund-raisers and most importantly, committee members. Please consider joining the committee; it's important, fun and rewarding. Each year following the AGM we will produce a list of new committee contacts. If this is not included in your welcome pack, please ask a member of staff.
