We still need your help |
- Can you spare up to 1½ hours to man a stall?
- Can you offer some freezer space to store cakes?
- Do you have a gazebo you can lend?
- Several of the stalls need some assistance with produce etc:
- If you are making hanging baskets, why not make an extra one to be sold on the plant stall?
- Can you provide bottles for the tombola, secondhand books, home-made sweets, jams and chutney?
- Can you supply good quality toys for the toy stall?
- Any items for the White Elephant stall?
- Or old crockery for smashing?
- Would you like to make some money out of selling your children's outgrown clothes? Designer and top quality high street branded clothing wanted for sale on a 50:50 basis.
- Want to sell or buy raffle tickets? Your village community group keeps 50% of the proceeds of any fete raffle tickets it sells.
- Can you help with setting up on Friday or Saturday morning? - we especially need help transporting tables, etc.
- Someone will collect any promised items during the week commencing 16 June. Alternatively please take the items to:
- The Post Office
- Ella Field, 4 Park Road
- Pre-School, Village Hall, Mon-Thur am, Fri pm
- David and Barbara Hyde, 32 Carters Close
- The Manor, Crofts End
- The Rectory
