- We are a community Pre-school run by a committee of parents who are elected annually at the AGM. The committee are responsible for finances and the overall management of the group, and employ qualified and experienced staff, as well as administrative help when required. Curriculum planning and the day to day running of Pre-school are the responsibility of the supervisor and staff.
- We rely on each family to help in some way - with fundraising, on the committee, as a rota helper or by sharing skills and interests with the children.

Fees and Funding |
- The Nursery Education Grant is available to all 3 and 4 year old children from the term following their 3rd birthday. We claim this funding directly from Milton Keynes Council on your behalf.
- Most families will pay fees only for their child's first term at Pre-school, before they become eligible for funding. Fees for this first term, and for older children for whom Pre-school does not receive funding, are set by the committee with reference to the level of Nursery Education Grant.
- Fees are normally paid at the beginning of each term, but the committee are always prepared to be flexible and consider other payment arrangements.
- The grant entitles children up to 5 half-day sessions per week at a registered provider and may be split between 2 or more providers. Most 3 year olds begin by doing 2-3 sessions per week and increase attendance as appropriate. You will be given the necessary forms to complete at the appropriate time, and we will need to see proof of your child's age.

Withdrawal from Pre-school |
- If for any reason you take your child away from Pre-school before they would normally go to school, we ask that you give at least half a term's notice or pay half a term's fees in lieu. We must adopt this policy to protect our longer term plans and budgets.
