Do you shop online? Now you can raise funds for Sherington Pre-School while you shop.
Sherington Pre-School has teamed up with Easyfundraising.org.uk, who have over 350 top retailers ready to pay commission to Pre-School every time you shop with them. What's more, the service costs you absolutely nothing!
Many of the UK's best known brands are taking part - some of their logos are shown at the bottom of this page.
You are probably using some of these retailers already. But now, for example, your next order for £40 of books from Amazon means Pre-School earns £1, as does £50 worth of fashion from Next. Swapping to a Vodafone mobile phone could get Pre-School £29, whilst a loan from Alliance & Leicester earns £40. You are buying the same items at the same prices direct from the same retailers, the only difference is that the retailer is giving a donation to Pre-School. The donation varies from retailer to retailer. In most cases it is a percentage of your order value, but in some cases it is a fixed amount.
What do I do?
First you need to register with Easyfundraising so they know you are supporting Sherington Pre-School. This is easy: just click here to go direct to the Register page and then type in your name, email address and the password you want to use. Pre-School's name should already appear as the 'Charity/Organisation' - if not, scroll down the list and select it. Alternatively, you can click on the Easyfundraising logo above to go to their home page, and then follow the links to 'Register'.
Then, every time you go shopping online, just remember to go to the Easyfundraising web site instead of going direct to the retailer. You can do this by clicking on the large Easyfundraising logo above, or use the address www.easyfundraising.org.uk/sheringtonpreschool in your browser. After you login, you can select your preferred retailer from the links and Easyfundraising will pass you on to the shop's web site, where you shop as normal.
The retailer's donation to Pre-School is automatic, and Easyfundraising keeps you informed of how much you have raised.

Note: to ensure the service works correctly, it is important that the security settings on your PC are not set too high. If you are using Internet Explorer, the 'Privacy' setting should not be set to be higher than 'Medium' (look under 'Tools>Internet Options'). If you use Norton Internet Security, you may need to turn off 'Ad Blocking' temporarily whilst shopping.
